Ten intensive days on the science underneath good interfaces — how people perceive, decide and make mistakes — and the research and testing methods that turn that science into designs you can defend.

What makes this track different
You leave with a credential and the work that proves it.
You finish with a real piece of work built over the ten days — and an exam that checks judgement, not memory. Two attempts are included in the fee, the blueprint is published in full, and the credential is publicly verifiable by any employer.
Portfolio-ready output
A complete usability study on a real product — research plan, test, findings and a prioritised redesign — ready to go in your portfolio.
Two attempts included
Book either attempt any time within 12 months. Further sittings cost only the exam fee — you never repay the course.
Verifiable, not decorative
Every holder gets a Credly badge and a public ID that employers can check on our verification page.
